We
manufacture veneer lathes machine in four models. Each
model can peel soft, hardwood, small & big diameter
log wood like spruce, larch, maritime-pine, dauglas fir,
beech, birch, eucalyptus, oak, poplar, ash mango, rubber
wood, makore, ramin, keruing, limba etc.
Jamuna
veneer lathe : Body of machine constructed for thick m.s.
sheet to give accurate & uniform support to knife
holder & pressure bar. Knife holder & pressure
bar are made from cast-iron and are extra heavy duty.
Main spindles are made from cast-iron and are extra
heavy duty .Main spindles are made from EN-24 dia
110m.m., Each shafts made from special material, fully
bearing type machine, transmission is provided through
double helical gear or heavy duty sprocket, self
lubrication system for gears or sprocket Back-up rollers
are provided in hydraulic of pneumatic machine. Back-up
rollers rolls near spindles that's improved veneer
thickness tolerance & gives smaller core diameter,
high quality veneer.

HPVL-204) Back-up roller are controlled with
hydraulic system, clutch & brake controlled with
pneumatic system, Extra heavy duty pressure bar &
knife holder. Fitted with electrical panel box, air
compressor hydraulic power pack.
